his salary increased little bit .. He is Happy with that ...

Insted of this all, He have no complaint for that company in heart , he is working with happyy mood..
But A shoking Day of Life
As regular .. He came to office ..
One call came to him
" Hello, Please don't come to Office you are fired . . ."
Can you Feel that Pain..... 12 years of precious Life times ... just ended by a Phone Call
Wait .... Presently his working Experience is of 12 years in same company
He is not alone in This Situation ... Many More are there
What to do For them? How to help them?
